This early medieval château from the 11th century, once a seat of the Knights of the Order of the Templar is situated on a hilltop and includes 120 hectares of beautiful land. The countryside here is still very pristine, and bursts with wildflowers in the spring and summer. Nestled around one side of the château is a small, moat-like lake. Of all of La Perla's noble properties, Châteaux de La Jarthe has the most extensive and varied grounds: more than enough to create numerous building plots, as well as a complete range of outdoor facilities, including an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, an equestrian centre and extensive, picturesque trails for jogging and riding.
